Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious and I loved having access to sauna facilities. The proximity to the train station was very convenient, and the views up-and-down the valley were breathtaking. The beautiful view of Gotchna added to the charm of the stay.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream! The rooms are so intimate and cosy, almost like having a lovely little apartment to yourself. The suite I stayed in was just perfect - a large double bed, a spacious sitting area with a TV, and to my surprise, it was really a suite on two floors! It had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a lovely lounge, and even its own fireplace. The atmosphere was truly magical.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, despite being above the kitchen and experiencing some noise, were very clean and comfortable, with a great large double bed. I wish they had more beverage options in the mini bar and a kettle for hot beverages. The service was top-notch, especially Maria at the reception who was very friendly and helpful, even knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions in the village. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good menu selection for evening meals. The facilities were well-equipped, making my stay convenient and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were bright, super clean, and dog-friendly, with a beautiful view of Gotchna and towards Parsenn. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, complete with a fresh bowl of fruit, dried fruit, and chocolate. The service was impeccable, with a Swiss ambiance and friendly staff, especially Maria at reception. The location was brilliant for skiers, providing easy access to the main road, train station, and bus, while still offering a cozy atmosphere. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing, especially with out-of-date yogurt, and the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms featuring a large double bed and a cozy sitting area with a TV. The only downside was the noise from the kitchen below. The service was top-notch, especially accommodating special dietary needs like Gluten-free options. The central location made it convenient for accessing the ski lifts and exploring the village. The dining experience was delightful with a wide selection of delicious foods. Overall, a comfortable and friendly hotel perfect for a ski trip.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel. The suite on 2 floors was a real treat with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a lounge, and even its own fireplace. The views up and down the valley from the room were simply stunning. On the downside, being above the kitchen meant hearing continuous banging throughout the day.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view from the balcony, making it a cozy retreat above the hustle and bustle. The staff provided warm and charming service, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The location was perfect for skiers, offering easy access to the main road, ski lifts, and town center while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The dining options were great overall, with the only downside being average room service. The facilities were superb, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The suite I had, spread over 2 floors, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a lounge, and even its own fireplace, was incredibly spacious with a beautiful view towards Parsenn, although it was quite noisy at times. The complimentary 'mini' bar was a nice touch, but I wished they offered a choice of beverages, like water or mineral water instead of just soda. Additionally, having a kettle in the kitchen for hot beverages in the room would have been great.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although a bit noisy in the mornings. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts. The dining experience was satisfying with a good variety of dishes. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for skiers, with easy access to the main road and just a short walk to the ski lifts. The dining experience was good but could use some improvements. Overall, a great value for money.
