Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious and I loved having access to sauna facilities. The proximity to the train station was very convenient, and the views up-and-down the valley were breathtaking. The beautiful view of Gotchna added to the charm of the stay.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream! The rooms are so intimate and cosy, almost like having a lovely little apartment to yourself. The suite I stayed in was just perfect - a large double bed, a spacious sitting area with a TV, and to my surprise, it was really a suite on two floors! It had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a lovely lounge, and even its own fireplace. The atmosphere was truly magical.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, despite being above the kitchen and experiencing some noise, were very clean and comfortable, with a great large double bed. I wish they had more beverage options in the mini bar and a kettle for hot beverages. The service was top-notch, especially Maria at the reception who was very friendly and helpful, even knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions in the village. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good menu selection for evening meals. The facilities were well-equipped, making my stay convenient and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were bright, super clean, and dog-friendly, with a beautiful view of Gotchna and towards Parsenn. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, complete with a fresh bowl of fruit, dried fruit, and chocolate. The service was impeccable, with a Swiss ambiance and friendly staff, especially Maria at reception. The location was brilliant for skiers, providing easy access to the main road, train station, and bus, while still offering a cozy atmosphere. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing, especially with out-of-date yogurt, and the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms featuring a large double bed and a cozy sitting area with a TV. The only downside was the noise from the kitchen below. The service was top-notch, especially accommodating special dietary needs like Gluten-free options. The central location made it convenient for accessing the ski lifts and exploring the village. The dining experience was delightful with a wide selection of delicious foods. Overall, a comfortable and friendly hotel perfect for a ski trip.
